Often times, alternative dispute resolution, which includes mediation and/or arbitration, can provide a flexible, cost efficient, and accelerated alternative for the resolution of your dispute. Alternative dispute resolution, known as “ADR,” can be undertaken before a lawsuit is filed or during the litigation process. Donelson Ciancio & Goodwin, P.C. has extensive knowledge and expertise in ADR techniques in both litigation and private settings. In addition to advocating on behalf of our clients in the ADR setting, Daniel Goodwin serves as mediator and arbitrator for third party civil, commercial, and business disputes. Cynthia Ciancio and Kathryn Laughlin are also certified mediators, in family law disputes. In the instance of mediation, these lawyers are hired by both parties in a dispute, to assist with a resolution of the matter.
